Sorry I didn’t call you back. We’ve been working on this project for a couple of years. Talk soon.
I directed/wrote/edited/shot this funky cold medina with my boy, Ricki Bedenbaugh, shooting right beside me. I came on board as the set was already being built and then, yeah, did the damn thing. Defy hooked it up with an epic stabilizer. Check them out and don’t watch this behind-the-scenes piece that I’m terribly embarrassed by.
It’s baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack! This season of Sheckler Sessions we’ve got my boys Zered Bassett, Bobby Worrest, Justin Brock and more lurking hard as hell. For a list of the episodes, click here with your hands or feet.
I was fortunate enough to capture the souls of Eric Koston, Rune Glifberg, Ryan Sheckler, and Curren Caples in one of my favorite places on the planet, Australia. Kirk Dianda, Tim Irwin, and I headed to Oz with Oakley with 3 Red Epics and tried to capture some awesome for you blood-thirsty savages.
They did a rad job on the site and to properly appreciate the experience, I recommend viewing the feature here:
Hyped on my new relationship with ESPN. I’ll be pumping out 10 Pro Series videos with Ryan Sheckler this year. Stay tuned. Shot on Red Epic. Additional footage provided by Kirk Dianda and Tim Irwin from Oakley In Oz.
I came up with the concept, directed, shot, and edited this bad boy.
Additional shots by Dario Rezk.
Original music by Danny Way. <- How cool is that?
Network A wanted to use a new interactive video player and incorporate skateboarding. Plan B was the team of choice and I was approached to direct. I came up with this concept and the rest is history. Have fun playing with our half skate video, half video game thingy.
Sheckler Sessions has landed!
